The work that WWF does to conserve endangered species, safeguard threatened habitats and address global environmental threats would not be possible without building strong and lasting relationships with our WWF’s National and Programme Offices in the EU and also globally, and with other supporters and partners.
The success of our policy work in Brussels and the European Union widely depends on the collaboration with and the support from our partners and donors – from our WWF European offices to foundations that fund major projects, to the European Commission that helps us meet overhead costs in our work.
WWF's European Policy Office (EPO) is a non-profit organisation which received funding in the present financial year from:
- WWF National Offices
- The Alliance for Beverage Cartons and the Environment (ACE)
- The European Climate Foundation
- The MAVA Foundation
- The Oak Foundation
- The Jenifer Altman Foundation
WWF European Policy Office also receives funds from the European Commission as part of the EU’s support to environmental NGOs to develop and implement environmental policy in Europe.
