Help us gather evidence that people across the EU care about nature and want strong laws to protect it!
Imagine a day when clean water and fresh air become a luxury. Imagine your favourite spot in the forest - where you unwind, play with your children, or reconnect with yourself - is slowly falling apart. Imagine you can’t eat healthy food because it’s hardly available and unaffordable.
This is what happens when vital nature laws are stripped away. And we only have until 10 September to prevent this!
The European Commission quietly launched a ‘Call for Evidence’ inviting companies, organisations and citizens to have their say on whether EU environmental laws should be weakened.
Send your message now using the form on the right, and tell the Commission that you want to keep the EU’s environmental laws strong!
Why should you care?
Because these laws safeguard wildlife and nature and hold decision-makers accountable to protect us from droughts, floods, forest fires and protect our future, by bringing back nature.
They ensure that only deforestation-free products enter the EU, and that you are not unknowingly contributing to the destruction of nature with every coffee, chocolate or burger you buy.
And that we have good quality water across the EU, which also goes into your favourite drinks.
It took decades of our collective efforts to build the laws that protect people and nature. Don’t let them be erased.
Send your message to the European Commission by 10 September 2025. And tell your friends to do the same!
Please note that your submission will be public on the Commission’s website.
